How it all started

Victory Pest Management was created by the same team behind Inspector Pros Property Inspections, an inspection company that has served thousands of customers while maintaining 5-star reviews and a reputation for unmatched service. After years in home construction and professional inspections, we saw what most pest control companies were missing—true building science. Anyone can show up with a tank and a sprayer. But without understanding how a home is built, where pests infiltrate, and how to block them at the structure, treatments don’t last. We knew homeowners deserved better.

So we took our knowledge of construction, building performance, moisture control, and structural diagnostics—and brought it to pest management. The result? Solutions that don’t just kill pests, but prevent them from ever coming back.

And the mascot? El Roachador.
